With 12 years NHS experience as a therapy/physiotherapy assistant, and 5 years as a Senior Therapy Assistant (including all relevant training - both community-based and on the ward), I can help you with: cooking, housework, shopping, attendance at medical appointments, as well as personal care.*
I can also help with prescribed post-operative exercise programmes (such as hip and knee replacements), outdoor mobility, and prescribed speech and language therapy.
